We are HER. 

A community of like minded professional women sharing their personal stories. HER is a space for to seek guidance and growth alongside like-minded ladies, holding personal values close. Together we redefine what it means to be successful, through vulnerability, authenticity and support.

HER offers its community the opportunity to meet through curated events and experiences, often in collaboration with thought leaders and selected brands. Our events include intimate dinners, business brunches, sports and wellness events, collaborative workshops, industry talks and more.

HER Values

If we were asked to describe what we care about in three words, it would be:

  • We celebrate success but we don’t hide failure. We feature real stories of talented women and female-founded businesses with the aim of elevating, inspiring and encouraging the community. Our goal is to facilitate open conversations that cultivate real connections over casual networking.

  • HER is a space of mutual support. Members empower each other by offering feedback, advice, and personal takes. By collectively exploring topics that we want to learn about, we develop tools to take action. Our goal is to feel confident and supported.

  • HER community aims to provide the members with proper ways to manage the pressure of their professional careers. By attending HER events, we cultivate a sense of belonging and encourage each other to invest time in HER-self.

Curation Rules

These are some of the things we focus on when curating events for our community and beyond:

  • With our members who always keep in touch after events but also with our partners: companies with high impact, spaces managed by women, restaurants with female chefs, female-founded brand boutiques.

  • We don’t organize “classic” networking, our members always come back and do things together outside of events. Our main motivation is to create a safe space for modern women where any question can be asked.

  • We believe that personal and professional development don’t exist separately. Unlike other networking events focused on work only, we discuss personal topics close to our hearts and create moments that attendees remember.

  • Our events are truly open to both international and local crowd and making our events comfortably bilingual (rare in Paris). We welcome women from all walks of life and any career path to join us.
